For the hosted (SaaS) version:
Self-hosted users can use Rentular free of charge under the AGPL-3.0 license. No payment is required for the self-hosted version.
Your use of Rentular is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. Please review it here: Privacy Policy.
Rentular is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may close your account at any time through the settings page or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or fail to pay for the hosted service after reasonable notice.
Upon termination, you can export your data before your account is deleted. After deletion, we will remove your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
